We understand that each client is unique and our weddings are customized to fit the vision of each couple. We offer a wide array of services, you can trust your wedding plans in the hands of our experienced and capable team.  By offering full wedding services, our brides and grooms can spend their wedding morning getting pampered by their beauty team while Borghinvilla's full wedding team does the rest. 

SEASIDE CEREMONY

Our ceremony location offers stunning views of the ocean and comes fully set up for your wedding. We provide complete set up of your ceremony including chairs, tables, ceremony arch, floral and aisle decor.

TENTED RECEPTION

Our Ceremony/Reception Package include a beautiful white or clear topped tent, tables, floor length linens(available in several colours), DJ, Open Bar, Catering, fully staffed wedding, chiavari chairs and floral centerpieces. Please email us for a copy of our customizable packages. 

NORTH AMERICAN SERVICE

What better pairing than North American service with the warmth of Jamican culture. Our delicious menu is offered by our Executive Chef.  Our Chef was formerly trained in the USA and has over 30 years experience in 5 star hotels as both an Executive Chef and Pastry Chef. We adhere to high standards in food safety.

CUSTOMIZABLE MENU

Your menu is fully customizable for allergies, food sensitivities or food restrictions such as gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. Discuss your guests dietary restrictions with us 30 days before your wedding day to ensure exact specifications will be provided.

STUNNING GROUNDS

You and your guests have access to our entire grounds for the day. Perfect for capturing all of your wedding photos in one beautiful location. Guests can soak up the sun or find a shady area under the trees. From our gardens to our beach and rocky cliff side views, our venue provides a variety of options for your wedding photography and videography that you are sure to love.

BRIDAL SUITE/GROOM SUITE

A clean secure bridal and Groom suite, perfect for relaxing and getting ready with your wedding party is included with your booking. This fully furnished suite is air conditioned, has a safe and offers complimentary bottled water. This suite is available for the day of your wedding. Our brides take advantage of our fully air conditioned bridal suite to do make up, hair and get in those last final touches before walking down the aisle. Snacks and beverages are available at an additional charge.

TRANSPORTATION*

We are happy to coordinate private transportation services for you and your guests from the hotel of choice to our grounds.  Providing an air conditioned, safe and comfortable stress free experience.  

UPGRADES*

There is absolutely no pressure, however, upgrades are available to all of our standard packages. Fully customizable to your event and budget. We understand that options are important so let us know how we can assist you in your planning. We want your wedding to be as unique as you are, and we encourage you and your planner to submit any ideas you want to explore that may not be in our catalogues.  

VENDORS

Rely on our carefully selected pool of local vendors which meet the highest standards in Jamaica.  They are ready to assist you in bringing every detail to life; including creative and committed photographers/videographers, stylists, stagers, Dj’s, Bands, cake decorators, etc. Once you are doing our full Ceremony/Reception package you may bring your own additional vendors – and incur no additional fees.(Photographers, Videographers, Make up Artist, Hair Stylists, Transportation).  

FLEXIBILITY

Enjoy your wedding day until 12 on weekdays and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays(Extra charge applies after midnight).  Since you are the only wedding that day, there is no “time slot” for your wedding. The celebration is entirely of your creation. 

CULTURE AND RELIGION

Borghinvilla welcomes all religions.  We are happy to accomodate menu's, religious ceremonies and customs.  We specialize in South Asian Weddings both Hindu and Sikh.  We are experienced in this planning process and would be thrilled assisting in creating your wedding day, and blend your religious and family traditions. Our Indian weddings are about two families coming together as much as the marriage.  Borghinvilla is set up for Indian weddings and has a mandap on property.  As well, Borghinvilla can offer authentic Indian cuisine spiced the way you desire.  Indian families love how flexible we are with our ceremony start times and the ability to bring Indian vendors on property.
